Toyota Trucks 2009
Having driven several Toyota trucks myself, I can start off saying they are certainly reliable. My favorite I ever owned was the luxurious 4Runner. While some don't consider it a real truck, since it's an SUV it does a pretty good job of fitting in, especially with its fully loaded power everything. Some people have complained that Toyota trucks have a problem with rust on the bodies. I did not find this to be true in my experience. I did however, have a couple friends with older Toyota trucks which did have rust problems, but those trucks always ran. Just keep going and going, so yes the Toyota trucks seem to be reliable from my experiences and those of people I've known who drive them. Most Toyota trucks come in the four cylinder and six cylinder variety, making them both economical on fuel, and the ticket price is usually relatively attractive as well. They have started making some bigger more expensive trucks, but are most certainly known for their small peppy four wheel drive perfect off-road light duty trucks. If you like off roading, four by fouring and mud bogging, chances are a Toyota truck would be perfect for you. They can go anywhere, and usually are fairly high off the ground, you can customize your truck exactly how you want it, either by ordering it that way brand new direct from the dealership, or by buying aftermarket parts or parts trucks. However you decide to do it, Toyota trucks make great toys, work trucks and reliable transportation. One thing I like about Toyota's trucks is that most of them are made with a standard transmission; this affords more control, power and safer driving. Some people prefer automatics, but if you're into 4x4'ing and having fun in your truck, standard's the way to go.
