Mitsubishi Trucks 2009
Over the years Mitsubishi has made many trucks. Mitsubishi trucks are most well known for the Fuso. It is a medium duty commercial truck, generally a crew cab and is a great affordable truck for most contractors or light duty truckers. If you run a landscaping company, roofing company, or just need to truck around your work materials, these make great long distance trucks. Depending on where you live, the Fuso is often considered, mostly by mechanics, as a throw away truck. The means that the Mitsubishi fuso is a truck that is usually more economical to replace than to fix. They last a long time, and if you maintain them properly, you will get good use out of them for a long time without needing major repairs or replacement. They key as to why Mitsubishi trucks are cheaper to replace than to repair, is the availability and cost of parts. Since they are not as large a manufacturer for trucks as say, Ford or Chevrolet, Mitsubishi truck parts are harder to find, and stocked in few local parts stores. This usually means mechanics need to order parts in. Keep in mind though, you will spend a lot less on the truck, and will be able to afford a new one if you just take good care of it while it lasts, they are troopers. The Mitsubishi trucks are very comfortable, smooth riding and nice to own. They are also very economical on fuel, which can save you thousands if you do a lot of trucking. The unfortunate thing, is that Mitsubishi seems to have lost interest in manufacturing trucks, and it is doubtful we will see any new Mitsubishi truck lines, or any new Fuso models. We can hope, there are many advantages to driving the economical Mitsubishi trucks.
