GMC Sierra Denali Review
The 2008 GMC Sierra Denali is the luxury pickup of the Sierra line from GMC. The Sierra is GMC's entry into the fullsize pickup market, and it has been a staple of said market for ages. The Sierra has always been a top performer among the hotly competitive fullsize landscape, but in recent years the luxury of the truck has also been increased considerably. The truck had been criticized in the past for having a poorly designed interior with far to much cheap plastic, but with the new iterations of the Sierra, this is no longer a problem. Enter the Sierra Denali. The Denali is the luxury pickup coming out of the Sierra lineup, it is a 4-door, 5 passenger pickup, offering a crew cab and rear or all wheel drive. The options on this truck are limited, but that is because it is a luxury machine, and performance is not the first priority, as such there is only one engine choice available, a 6.2 liter V8, that puts out 403 horsepower and gets 12 mpg city and 18 highway. The truck comes standard with a 6 speed automatic transmission, the transmission does have an overdrive selector.
